There are the standard favorites. Three having to do with the legendary Jessie Livermore all three are well worth acquiring. The "fictional" account by Edwin Lefevre:
Reminiscences Of A Stock Operator . Reminiscences Of A Stock Operator is perhaps the best known. Richard Smitten has written two books on and about Livermore that I also recommend:
Jessie Livermore, World's Greatest Stock Trader is the life and times of Livermore. Also included are Livermore's trading principles, timing techniques as well as money strategies he used. The second book by Richard Smitten is
Trade Like Jessie Livermore. Here, Smitten deals in depth with the technical aspects of Livermore's trading technique. Included are copies of Livermore's hand written "charts", the basis of Livermore's Market Key Theory. Jessie Livermore committed suicide broke. Partly due to his ultimate failure to follow his own rules. Also, partly due to a probable genetic psychological condition. The man's accomplishments for most of his life cannot be dismissed.
I very highly recommend two book that deal with trading and trading setups directly. First, Brian Shannon's

http://www.technicalanalysisbook.com/ IF you do not already have this book, order it immediately before entering one more trade! Brian Shannon is predominately a day trader who occasionally holds for a swing trade. His methods and techniques are applicable across all timeframes. You can also follow Shannon by blog and twitter. Secondly, by John F.Carter
